Domestic Orders (USA)
We offer simple flat-rate economy shipping:
- $3 for orders under $35
- $5 for orders $35–$120
- Free shipping on orders over $120
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your package is handed off to the carrier.
Once in transit, delivery timing is managed by the carrier. Economy shipping typically arrives within 5–7 business days, though timing may vary due to weather, volume, or other delays outside our control.
All domestic orders ship from within the U.S.
🌞 Warm Weather Shipping
As temperatures rise, we take extra care when packing your order. When needed, we include temperature protection to help your cacao arrive in the best condition possible.
Because WANA HEY is made from real cacao, it naturally softens in warmer temperatures. Your cacao may arrive softened or slightly reshaped—this is completely normal and does not affect its quality, potency, or taste. Simply allow it to firm up again in a cooler space before enjoying.
To help minimize time in transit, orders are typically shipped early in the week (Monday–Tuesday) to avoid weekend delays.
Shipping Notes
Once a package has been handed to the carrier, we’re unable to modify or cancel the shipment or influence delivery speed.
Tracking updates are provided directly by the carrier and reflect the most current information available.
International Orders
We’re happy to ship internationally when possible. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and vary by destination.
Customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, or import fees.
