Because WANA HEY is made from real cacao, it naturally softens in warmer temperatures. Your cacao may arrive softened or slightly reshaped – this is completely normal and does not affect its quality, potency, or taste. Simply allow it to firm up again in a cooler space before enjoying.
During warmer months, we take extra care when packing your order. When needed, we include temperature protection to help your cacao arrive in the best condition possible. Orders are typically shipped on Mondays and Tuesdays to avoid your package sitting at a warehouse over the weekend.
